This Notice is a required acknowledgment: you accept it by click-through at your first account login. Read it before participating in the Acepyr testnet.

What testnet $ACEPYR actually is

Testnet $ACEPYR ("testnet points") is a record-keeping number stored in Acepyr's internal database. It tracks your participation, contributions, achievements, and performance on the Acepyr Platform during the testnet phase. The same testnet $ACEPYR also exists as a valueless token on a public test network, described under Where your balance lives below.

Testnet points are used to:

• Rank users on leaderboards
• Let you take positions within Platform markets

Testnet points are not used for:

• Spending, settling, or buying anything outside the Acepyr Platform
• Purchasing goods or services
• Exchange for any cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or other asset
• Receiving any distribution of real money from Acepyr
• Trading on a blockchain: positions are taken and settled in Acepyr's database, and a trade is not a blockchain transaction and mints nothing

Where your balance lives. Your spendable balance is held and settled in Acepyr's database, and that number is the only one you can take positions with. Testnet $ACEPYR also exists as a token on Base Sepolia, a public test network, at contract 0xFA9D3ad93D1086008F9E548478bd0b87aCbBdD74. A single Acepyr-controlled distributor wallet holds every user's tokens together, so the chain records one pooled total while Acepyr's ledger records whose it is; there is no per-user on-chain balance. With a linked wallet you may deposit testnet $ACEPYR to Acepyr's distributor address — your own transaction, and you pay the network fee in Base Sepolia test ETH — and it credits to your balance once verified on-chain; or redeem it, which Acepyr sends from the distributor to your linked wallet and pays the fee for, limited to one redemption every 24 hours and subject to a minimum amount. Without a linked wallet your balance works normally, never expires, and is never forfeited. Base Sepolia is a test network: the token there and the test ETH there have no monetary value, and nothing is deployed to Base mainnet.

What testnet $ACEPYR explicitly is NOT

Reset risk

Acepyr reserves the right to reset testnet balances at any time during testnet in the event of:

• A critical technical issue
• An economic exploit or abuse pattern
• A governance-approved rebalancing
• Any circumstance that compromises data quality or fairness

In the event of a reset, Acepyr will use commercially reasonable efforts to reissue equivalent balances to affected users in good faith, but such reissuance is not guaranteed and may not match prior balances exactly.

No investment

Your participation in the testnet is a contribution of time, feedback, and behavioral data to improve the Platform. You are not investing money. You are not buying anything. You are not entering into any transaction that produces a financial instrument.

Anyone who tells you that your testnet balance represents a financial asset, a security, an investment return, or a guaranteed future payout is misrepresenting Acepyr's position. If you see such claims on social media, in Discord, or anywhere else, please disregard them and report them to [email protected].

No exit right

Because testnet points are not an asset, there is no "exit": there is nothing to exit. Redeeming to your linked wallet is not one — it moves a valueless test-network token and realizes nothing. You may close your account at any time. If you do, your testnet balance is discarded. Acepyr does not owe you anything on account closure.

Cash promotions are separate

Acepyr runs promotions that pay real money, governed by separate Official rules. They are entirely separate from testnet $ACEPYR. Today they are:

• The Referral Race — $1,000 USD per calendar month across the top 50 entrants. Ranked by qualified referrals; merit-based, with no element of chance.
• The Weekly Tournament — free to enter. No cash prize has commenced; it awards only testnet $ACEPYR, which is not a prize.
• The Mainnet Waitlist — a discretionary $5 award to the first 10,000 who still qualify, conditional on mainnet actually launching.

All of them require no purchase, offer an Alternative Method of Entry where applicable, pay in USD or USDC, and structure every individual prize under $500. Note that the US $600 reporting threshold is cumulative per recipient per calendar year — see the Rules §8.3.

Participation in a cash promotion and participation in the testnet are two separate things. Your testnet balance does not entitle you to any prize, and it is not used to determine who wins one. Only winners selected per the Rules receive prizes.

Mainnet transition

If and when Acepyr launches a mainnet token, that mainnet token will be governed by a separate Mainnet Terms of Service and Token Risk Disclosure. Those documents will describe any conversion or bridging mechanics from testnet to mainnet at that time. Accepting the Testnet Terms of Service does not bind you to any future mainnet terms, and no mainnet terms currently exist.

Your acknowledgment

By clicking "I Acknowledge," you confirm:

• I understand testnet $ACEPYR is a valueless test-network token: not money, not a cryptocurrency of any value, not an investment, and it has no present economic value.
• I understand no future conversion, redemption, or distribution is guaranteed.
• I understand Acepyr may reset testnet balances.
• I am participating to contribute to the Platform and have fun, not as an investment.
• I will not sell, buy, or trade testnet points with any third party, and I understand the only transfer permitted is between my own platform balance and my own linked wallet.
• I understand the cash promotions are separate, with their own Official rules.

This Notice supplements and does not replace the Testnet Terms of Service.
