Testnet $ACEPYR

What $ACEPYR is today — the platform's currency, earned only and never bought, where your balance is the record of what you've done.

Read this first

Acepyr is pre-mainnet. The $ACEPYR that exists today is a testnet token, a symbolic point system. It carries no economic value, no USDC claim, and no revenue share. It cannot be bought and may never have any value.

Testnet balances are intended to convert to a future mainnet token at launch — but no ratio or mechanism has been set, and the plan may change. See Mainnet $ACEPYR. For anything money-related, How Acepyr's economics work is the single source of truth.

What $ACEPYR is

$ACEPYR is the platform's currency, spent to act and earned by producing signal. You use it to participate in Acepyr's surfaces, and you accumulate it by contributing valuable behavior back into them.

PropertyWhat it means
Earned only, never boughtThere is no purchase path; a larger balance comes from participation, not payment.
Balance is your recordThe number you hold is the credential; it records what you've done well.
Spent to act, earned by producing signalYou spend it to participate and accumulate it by contributing valuable behavior.
No secondary market$ACEPYR isn't traded or exchanged anywhere, and there's no listing to buy it on; you can't sell or buy your way to a balance.
Zero founder allocationNo founder holds a starting balance. Everyone earns from the same line.

There is no purchase path. You cannot buy your way to a larger balance; you can only earn it through participation.

Testnet $ACEPYR is a real token on Base Sepolia, a public test network, and with a linked wallet you can move it between your balance and your own wallet: deposit it in, or redeem it out (one redemption per 24 hours, above a minimum amount). Acepyr holds everyone's tokens together in one wallet it controls, so there's no per-user balance on-chain — the balance you trade with is the one here, and trading spends it on the platform rather than on a blockchain. It's a test network, so the token there is worth nothing and moving it earns you nothing. Without a linked wallet your balance works exactly the same, never expires, and is never forfeited.

Balance is the record

Because $ACEPYR can't be bought, what you hold is what you've proven. The number is the credential — there is no separate score sitting alongside it. A bigger number means more demonstrated skill, not a bigger deposit.

That record is bound to your account and it's yours. It isn't a snapshot that resets; it's a standing that persists and compounds as you play. The same action does two things at once: it moves where you rank, and it's logged to your history. One loop, and your record stays yours throughout.

How you earn

You earn $ACEPYR through participation — producing valuable behavior and doing well in Acepyr's surfaces. The paths do different things:

  • Markets: you buy and sell shares on outcomes. Markets never mint — winning there moves $ACEPYR from the people who read the world worse to the people who read it better.
  • The Weekly Tournament: a fixed weekly pool shared among valid players, pro-rata by settled trading volume.
  • The Referral Race: a grant for each referral who becomes a real player.
  • Achievements: one-off grants for milestones as you use the platform.

One of these routes is still not paying

New accounts start at zero. Achievements and referral rewards credit to your balance; the weekly tournament pool does not pay out yet — your share is recorded for each week you're valid and credited when tournament payouts open. Testnet $ACEPYR carries no economic value in any case.

Why the balance stays honest

Conserved. You can't print $ACEPYR by winning. When you win, you are paid from what was staked, not from newly minted supply. A win moves value that was already put at risk; it doesn't manufacture it. That's what keeps the balance an honest signal — skill won from real opponents, not a number inflated by activity.

Disciplined supply. New base $ACEPYR is granted through a small number of metered routes — the weekly tournament pool, referral rewards, and achievements — balanced by in-game sinks that draw it back out. Issuance is deliberate, capped at the source, and offset, so the currency stays meaningful. It is not an open faucet.

Will I be paid?

Nothing here is a promise of payment. Participating, earning the testnet token, or linking a wallet does not entitle you to any payment, now or in the future. Tournament and referral prizes are discretionary awards, governed by the Official rules. For everything else money-related, How Acepyr's economics work is the single source of truth.
