NewBelief Tokens: every Claim as a YES and NO token pair, each on its own bonding curve. Planned, not live

Genesis

Two separate days: real-money Belief Tokens launch first, and $ACEPYR genesis comes later, only after counsel's written opinion and a lawful route. What happens at genesis, and what happens to your testnet activity.

Read this first

No $ACEPYR token exists, and real-money Belief Tokens have not launched. Genesis comes only after counsel's written opinion on the final design and a lawful route, and no date is set. This page describes a plan from the $ACEPYR whitepaper, draft 1.0, which takes precedence wherever the two differ. Numbers marked proposal can still change. Nothing here is an offer to sell anything, and nothing here is legal, tax or investment advice.

The two days

Real-money Belief Tokens and $ACEPYR genesis are two separate days. Belief Tokens launch with real money first. Genesis, the day $ACEPYR is created, comes later. Neither has a date.

StageBelief Tokens$ACEPYR
NowPlanned. The testnet you use today is Predictions, on play moneyNone. A planned feature only, with no sale and no promise
Real-money Belief Tokens launchTrading in USDC opens, after an external audit and FinCEN registration, in the places Acepyr servesNone. Trading before genesis earns nothing
Genesis: after counsel's written opinion and a lawful routeTrading continues. Every new Claim launches on a version of the market contract that supports $ACEPYRLive on Acepyr's share of the fee for every Claim launched from then on. Season 1 and the testnet claim window open

Claims launched before genesis never carry the discount. Market contracts cannot be changed and Claims never move between versions, so the discount applies only to Claims launched from genesis on, and to those permanently.

What happens at genesis

WhatAt genesis
The tokenAll 1,000,000,000 $ACEPYR are created on Base. No function can create more
The discountLive on Acepyr's 0.75% share of the fee for every Claim launched from genesis on. Never on the creator's 0.25%
Season 1Opens. Each season, verified traders can receive $ACEPYR worth up to half the USDC they paid toward Acepyr's share (proposal)
The testnet claim windowOpens for six months (proposal). Verify your identity to claim
In circulationAt most 4.5% of supply: the first quarter of the claimed testnet and community allocations
Team tokensNothing for twelve months, then monthly over three years
ProposalsEvery number marked proposal becomes final and is published with the contract addresses

What happens to your testnet activity

Your testnet balance does not convert. Play-money balances, profits, leaderboard positions and votes count for nothing. What counts is activity: 15% of supply goes to people who used the testnet, at any time up to genesis, and pass Acepyr's identity check to claim.

QuestionAnswer
What counts? Two measures, weighted equally: days on which you traded, and distinct markets you traded, each compared with the median user (proposal)
Up to when?Up to genesis. Every day of testnet activity counts, with no earlier cutoff
How much?In proportion to your score, with no person receiving more than 150,000 $ACEPYR (proposal). Anything above the cap is shared among everyone else
Who is left out?Known bot and farm accounts, any account flagged by duplicate or linked-account checks at claim, Acepyr staff, and anyone who does not verify in time. Several testnet accounts belonging to one person count as one
How do I claim?Verify your identity within six months of genesis (proposal). Each claim and each release needs a fresh pass, including a home address and connection in a place Acepyr serves (who can take part). Unclaimed allocations return to the season reserve
When does it arrive?A quarter at genesis. The other three quarters are released in 24 monthly parts, one for each month in which you trade Belief Tokens with real money; a month without trading returns that part to the season reserve
Does it count toward my tier?Yes, while it is still unreleased

Joining the waitlist is separate: waitlist members share 0.50% of supply from the community allocation, a flat amount per verified person. The community allocation also counts activity up to genesis.

What it is, and what it is not

A commission utility on Acepyr's share of the fee. Lock $ACEPYR to reach a tier and take up to 30% off Acepyr's 0.75% share of the Belief Token fee. Turn on paying part of Acepyr's share in $ACEPYR, and each trade you sign pays the token part from your own wallet. Tokens spent that way return to the season reserve, to be earned again. Tokenomics has the numbers.

It is not
A chipBelief Tokens trade in USDC. $ACEPYR is never tied to a Claim's outcome, condition, vote or consensus moment, and you never need it to use Acepyr
Your trading moneyYou trade from your own wallet, in USDC, and Acepyr never holds your funds or keys. $ACEPYR is never margin, collateral or backing for anything
A shareIt carries no claim on Acepyr's revenue, profit or assets, and a locked balance earns no interest, no yield and no share of anything
For saleAcepyr never sells it: no presale, no private round, no treasury sale. You get it through season rebates, the testnet and community allocations, or from another person

There is no buyback

Acepyr never buys the token, at any price, and never pays anyone to. Token spent on fees returns to the season reserve by contract, and Acepyr never receives it.

Numbers that did not come from Acepyr

Every number Acepyr has published for $ACEPYR is in the whitepaper. If you have seen a price, a conversion ratio, a genesis date or a sale attached to $ACEPYR anywhere else, it did not come from Acepyr. Report it to legal@acepyr.com.
